Job summary

The role involves coordinating with the Foundation Development Team to secure resources and manage donor journeys, while partnering with Marketing for donor storytelling and recognition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Development, Philanthropy or related field.
• Experience with donor relations, fundraising, events and some digital CRM platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Development: cultivate, solicit, and secure resources through campaigns and donor referrals.
• Donor relations: steward and retain donors, produce impact reports, coordinate donor communications with Marketing.
• Assist with gift processing, foundation events, donor data management, and supporting a culture of generosity.
