Job summary

Lake Region Healthcare Foundation seeks a Foundation Donor Relations Specialist to lead donor stewardship, recognition, and engagement. You will work with the Development team to advance resources, manage donor communications, and help design donor journeys that reflect appreciation for generosity.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in PR/Development and experience with CRM platforms; hybrid/remote options are considered within a healthcare nonprofit setting.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Development, Philanthropy or related field.
Proficiency with Microsoft platforms and CRM systems.
Experience in donor relations or fundraising preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively under deadlines in a healthcare nonprofit setting.

Responsibilities

Lead donor stewardship and retention efforts, prepare impact reports and donor communications.
Coordinate with Marketing to map donor journeys and share donor stories; recognize and thank donors.
Support gift processing, event planning and securing philanthropic resources for LRH Foundation.
