• Gift acknowledgement recurring reporting: Facilitates and manages weekly gift acknowledgment process for all gifts received to the college, including report generation, data prep for mail merges, proofreading letters, preparing email acknowledgments, printing and mailing letters, and uploading documentation to TED.
• Process documentation information maintenance: Creates and maintains documentation related to stewardship policies and information systems, coordinates access to confidential data, and manages uploading impact reports and donor communications to TED.
• Administrative support: Provides general admin support for Stewardship team and Development directors, including travel, scheduling, calendar updates, expense reports, email monitoring, and supply management.
• Special projects: Coordinates annual impact report mailing to donors, including compiling materials, addresses, letters, printing, mailing, and TED documentation; supports other advancement initiatives as needed.
