Job summary

Arizona Musicfest, located in North Scottsdale, AZ, seeks a Development & Donor Relations Coordinator to support gift processing, donor acknowledgment, benefits fulfillment, CRM management, and donor communications.

You will collaborate across departments, assist with box office services, donor receptions, and concerts, and interact with the Board as needed. Evening and weekend availability is required to support events and performances.

Qualifications

• Experience in a nonprofit arts organization is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work some evenings and weekends during the concert season and for special events.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working with database systems, CRM platforms, website maintenance, and general office software.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support donor identification, cultivation, and stewardship activities.
• Coordinate with Sr. Director of Development on donor relationship management and events.
• Provide concierge-level ticketing and benefits support for donors.
• Create invitations and manage logistics for development events and donor receptions.
• Prepare donor communications and update donor records in CRM and databases.
