Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in fundraising or similar environment.
• Experience using Excel with relational databases/CRMs and reporting tools (DART, Salesforce, Tableau, Business Objects).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft solicitation letters and manage annual giving programs.
• Design and execute stewardship to recognize donors and coordinate gift acknowledgments.
• Develop reports and dashboards to track fundraising progress and donor engagement.
• Support prospect development, data analysis, and pipeline-building strategies.
• Coordinate development events and provide administrative support to the ISR development team.
