Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum of 2 years experience in fundraising or similar environment.
• Experience managing complex data using Excel alongside relational databases/CRMs and reporting tools (e.g., DART, Salesforce, Tableau, or similar).
• Experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft solicitation letters for annual appeals and lead annual giving programs across multiple constituencies.
• Design and execute stewardship programs; manage gift processing and donor records in DART.
• Develop reports and dashboards to track fundraising progress, donor engagement, and KPIs.
