Job summary

Versiti in Dayton, OH is seeking a Training/Education professional within Donor Services to deliver training, track and assess competency, and support ongoing education programs.

You will train staff, provide continuing education, create instructional materials, and supervise during training periods, collaborating with leadership to plan schedules and ensure high quality service. Some travel to other company locations will be required (approximately 10%–30%).

Responsibilities

• Delivers training, retraining, provides continuing education, in-services, and performs competency assessments.
• Assesses learner competence and provides timely, constructive feedback.
• Provides oversight and supervision to employees during training period.
• Develops training plans in response to management requests for retraining and performance gaps.
• Assists with education program development for Donor Services staff.
