Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Louisiana is seeking a Donation Attendant at the Tulane Ave Store in New Orleans, LA. This full-time position targets high-school students and supports donor interactions, donation processing and receipt issuance.

You will sort donated materials, maintain a clean, hazard-free environment and ensure courteous service consistent with our mission. The role may involve standing, lifting up to 50 pounds and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

Must interact cordially with a variety of people.
Must market Goodwill and explain the mission to the public.
Must stand/walk for extended periods and bend/stretch as needed.
Must work a flexible schedule on short notice, including nights and weekends.
Must lift and carry up to 25 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally.
Must function in a hectic work environment with occasional high stress.
Must read, write and communicate clearly in English.
