Job summary

Responsibilities

• Treat customers with dignity and respect in a friendly, professional manner.
• Perform donor registration and interviews, both electronic and manual when needed.
• Take vital signs (BP, temp, pulse, hematocrit/hemoglobin) and conduct pre-donation checks.
• Perform phlebotomy for Whole Blood collections and related donations.
• Monitor donor recovery and manage adverse donor reactions per protocol.
• Prepare blood units for transport to the Laboratory and maintain QC records.
• Complete documentation for donor, procedure, QC, and cleaning records.
• Recruit donors for Blood Bank Programs and related promotions.
• Work at multiple draw locations as required by the program.
