LifeStream Blood Bank in Hemet, CA is seeking a Full Time Phlebotomist to conduct donor registrations, interviews, and phlebotomy procedures with a focus on safety and accuracy. You will monitor donor status, handle sample preparation, and maintain detailed records in a fast-paced blood donation setting.

The role requires strong customer service, teamwork, and adherence to procedures. A GED or HS diploma is required, with EMT/MA/CNA certificates optional.

Formación

• EMT, MA, CNA certificates optional per job specifics.

Responsabilidades

• Register donors and conduct donor interviews using computer systems.
• Perform tests such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse and hematocrit/hemoglobin.
• Perform phlebotomy for whole blood collections and related procedures.
• Monitor donor recovery and advise on adverse donor reactions.
• Prepare samples and transport blood units to the laboratory.
• Accurately document all donor and procedure records and QC checks.
• Recruit donors for blood bank programs and events.
• Work at multiple donor center locations as needed.
