Job summary

ImpactLife is seeking a Collection Specialist Driver in Missouri to support donor services. You will transport supplies, assist with registrations, screenings, and phlebotomy, and ensure donor care during donation. This full-time role requires driving large vehicles and adapting to a varied schedule, including weekends.

You will work 30–39 hours weekly, with shift premiums and weekend pay, plus paid training and advancement opportunities in a community-focused nonprofit.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and ability to engage with the public.
• Stable work history and reliable attendance.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends; travel training if required.
• Comfort driving large vehicles and in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license in home state and insurable by company carrier.
• DOT Medical Certification or ability to obtain one; pass pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Drive large blood center vehicles to transport supplies and staff.
• Set up and tear down collection operations and restock supplies.
• Conduct donor registrations, screenings, physicals, and phlebotomy as needed.
• Provide donor care during the donation process and ensure safety.
• Work 30–39 hours per week with varied days, evenings, and weekends.
