Job summary

Humane Rescue Alliance in Washington, DC is seeking an experienced Administrative Donor Services professional to support the Development Department with gift processing, donor communications, and records management. This onsite role ensures timely acknowledgments and accurate data entry across multiple fundraising platforms.

You'll collaborate with Finance and programs across campuses, handle direct mail and online gifts, and help organize events and donor stewardship efforts to advance HRA's

Qualifications

• Organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Meticulous attention to detail for donor records.
• Experience researching donor information for accurate record keeping.
• CRM Database experience with Raiser’s Edge NXT and Luminate preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; advanced Excel skills a plus.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Process donations and donor correspondence across multiple channels.
• Manage donor data entry and gift processing in fundraising platforms.
• Support audit documentation and finance-related tasks.
• Assist with event materials and donor acknowledgments.
• Coordinate donor communications and monthly donor follow-ups.
• Support the Development Department and cross-team collaboration.
