Job summary

The Louisiana Organ Procurement Agency seeks a Donation Services Coordinator II in Shreveport to develop education and QA processes for hospital partners, improve donation outcomes, and drive KPI performance in the donor network.

You will lead meetings with physicians and hospital staff, manage education plans, maintain donor dashboards, and ensure compliance with CMS and JC standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; related experience may substitute.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to present information to varied audiences.
• Experience in hospital/healthcare or organ donation helpful.

Responsibilities

• Serve as hospital liaison for organ and tissue donation processes.
• Analyze KPIs and education needs; implement plans.
• Lead meetings with physicians, admins, and staff.
• Maintain hospital profiles in electronic database.
• Travel to assigned hospitals as needed.
• Support donation education and awareness campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with CMS and JC standards.
• Coordinate with Community Education and outreach teams.
