Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three months experience in clerical or customer service role.
• Experience in medical or health provider environment preferred.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Assist qualified donors with screening procedures according to SOPs.
• Perform health screening measurements such as blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature.
• Conduct finger stick to obtain hematocrit and total protein levels.
• Educate donors on donor information and center policies after training.
• Register donors and transfer donors as needed.
• Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to appropriate staff.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor management system.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and manage supplies.
• Follow HSE and OSHA policies and promote safety.
• May be cross-trained in other areas to meet business needs.
