Job summary

The Nature Conservancy is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager for the Arlington office to lead the Cash Receipting and Pledge team. You will oversee coding of checks and ACHs, ensure timely, accurate revenue processing, and maintain compliance with GAAP/FASB.

This hybrid role requires strong management and analytical skills to support a high-volume operation. You will supervise staff, drive process improvements, and coordinate with Development Operations and Finance to ensure consistent coding

Qualifications

• Receivables management experience, including invoicing and receipting.
• Experience with GAAP/FASB standards and financial controls.
• Ability to analyze and monitor revenue streams and write procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage coding of revenue deposits and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Oversee daily receipts and monthly clearing account analysis.
• Supervise onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor KPI and SLA metrics and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for consistent coding.
