Job summary

The Nature Conservancy is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to lead the Cash Receipting and Pledge team in Arlington, ensuring accurate coding of revenue and compliance with GAAP/FASB. The role oversees a high-volume operations function and cross-functional collaboration with Development Operations and Finance.

Responsibilities include team leadership, process improvements, and KPI reporting. This is a hybrid role with in-office duties as needed to support cash receipting and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or business administration or equivalent.
• Experience with accounting principles, practices and regulations.
• CPA or CIA license is a plus.
• Receivables management experience, including invoicing and receipting.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of coding revenue deposited at the Arlington Office to ensure GAAP/FASB compliance.
• Ensure daily receipts are recorded timely and accurately.
• Perform monthly review and analysis of clearing accounts and balances.
• Supervise a team including onboarding, training and performance evaluations.
• Monitor key revenue streams and KPI/SLA reporting.
