Job summary

The Nature Conservancy in Arlington, VA is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to lead the Cash Receipting and Pledge team, ensuring accurate coding of checks and ACHs and compliance with GAAP/FASB standards. The role involves cross‑functional collaboration to maintain consistent coding and timely processing of revenue.

You will manage the revenue operations staff, develop procedures, monitor key revenue streams, and report on activity.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or business administration and 5 years related experience.
Experience with GAAP and financial regulations.
Experience recruiting, supervising and developing staff.
Experience with U.S. Federal Uniform Guidance and related regulations.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of coding revenue deposited at the Arlington Office to ensure GAAP/FASB compliance.
Ensure daily receipts are recorded timely and accurately.
Perform monthly review and analysis of clearing accounts and monitor balances.
Supervise a team including onboarding, training, and ongoing evaluations.
Monitor KPI/SLA and implement process improvements.
