Job summary

Goodwill is seeking a Donated Goods Associate to support store operations by processing, pricing, stocking, and selling donated items. You will rotate across donor door, processing, merchandising, and cashier duties to meet daily demand, delivering an ACE customer experience.

In this role you will handle cash transactions, sort items per guidelines, keep floors clean, and assist customers with questions. You’ll work collaboratively with teammates to maintain inventory and promote Goodwill’s

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or service environments preferred.
• Able to handle cash transactions and operate the POS system.
• Comfortable stocking, pricing, and merchandising of donated goods.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and customers and provide friendly assistance.
• Process sales transactions accurately and follow cash-handling policies.
• Receive, sort, tag, and stock donated items following guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales floor, donation area, stockroom and restrooms.
• Assist customers with store policies and promotions; collaborate with team on cashier, production and floor duties.
• Participate in training to understand Goodwill's ACE culture and policies.
