Hybrid work arrangement requires 3 days on site. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 2+ years in fundraising or nonprofit operations, and strong writing/editing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years of fundraising, donor relations, grant administration, or nonprofit operations.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong project coordination, organization, and deadline management abilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Office; Salesforce or CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate donor reporting, proposal development, and fundraising activities.
• Draft, edit, and quality-control donor reports, proposals, and donor communications.
• Manage reporting calendars, donor records, funding pipelines, deadlines, and submission tracking.
• Conduct donor research and prepare briefing materials, presentations, and meeting logistics.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant donor deliverables.
