Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3 to 4 years of relevant professional fundraising or nonprofit development experience preferred.
• Experience with donor cultivation, stewardship, and engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop donor engagement and fundraising strategies for priority prospects and donors.
• Support trustee engagement and Development Committee initiatives.
• Prepare meeting materials, briefing documents, and strategic recommendations for trustees and leadership.
• Coordinate donor communications, meetings, and engagement activities.
• Maintain donor and campaign records in Salesforce and prepare performance reports.
