Location:Onsite in Cicero, IN with up to 40% spent out-of-office engaging with people

Schedule:Monday – Friday; occasional but rare evenings and weekends, as the work dictates

A day in the life of our Donor Engagement Manager:

As our Donor Engagement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating and deepening relationships with donors and prospects. Your days will be filled with:

• Collaborating with our leadership team and community leaders to secure resources that fuel our mission
• Utilizing Salesforce to plan and document your work
• Sending out personalized gift acknowledgements and thank-you notes
• Setting and following up on appointments
• Calling people on the phone to make personal connections
• Contributing to the success of events and capital campaigns
• Meeting with prospects and donors to create long-lasting relationships
• Developing and implementing fundraising strategies, striving to exceed our goals
• Curating stories that communicate our mission and compel people to give
• Asking people to give and getting a "Yes!"
