Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in individual giving, annual giving, donor engagement, development, or related field.
• Demonstrated success building and stewarding donor relationships that lead to retention and increased giving over time.
• Experience managing donor communications, stewardship systems, and relationship-based fundraising efforts.
• Experience using CRM or donor databases to track fundraising activity and support strategy.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a donor-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead Metanoia’s individual giving efforts and manage relationships with current and prospective donors.
• Build and steward a portfolio of donors through personalized outreach and engagement.
• Develop year-round strategies to strengthen donor retention, recurring giving, and long-term engagement.
• Welcome new donors and create opportunities to deepen connection with Metanoia’s housing stability, education, and economic empowerment work.
• Create personalized stewardship experiences, including calls, emails, impact updates, invitations, and donor events.
• Connect donors’ interests and values to Metanoia’s mission and programs.
