You will cultivate partnerships with donors, volunteers, businesses, faith communities, and civic organizations to advance the organization's mission.

The role emphasizes donor stewardship, event coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to support programs serving homeless and at-risk families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework or degree preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and with others.
• Commitment to serving diverse populations and advancing the mission.
• Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support community engagement strategies to grow participation.
• Serve as primary contact for donors, volunteers, organizations, and community groups.
• Coordinate giving initiatives and volunteer opportunities with internal teams.
• Support donor stewardship, recognition, and engagement activities.
