Naperville Education Foundation is seeking a Donor Engagement Coordinator to support fundraising and donor relations. The role coordinates stewardship activities, maintains donor records, assists with fundraising initiatives and events, and supports grant administration.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, relationship-focused, organized, and committed to advancing philanthropy in the Naperville 203 community.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, nonprofit administration, customer relations or related field preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to connect authentically with a wide range of stakeholders
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Donor Engagement and Stewardship: develop personalized engagement and stewardship strategies to cultivate, retain, and grow donor relationships.
• Donor Database Management: maintain donor records, process gifts, pledges, and interactions, and manage segmentation lists.
• Reporting and Analysis: generate routine and ad hoc fundraising reports and monitor campaign performance.
• Fundraising and Event Support: assist with campaigns, events, donor tracking, and communications.
• Grants & Organizational Support: assist in grant research, applications, and reporting requirements.
