Job summary

The Chronicle of Higher Education, Inc. seeks a Donor Relations Coordinator to manage donor experiences, recognition programs, and campus events. You will handle 100–120 constituents with planned gifts and scholarships to ensure ongoing engagement and stewardship.

You will collaborate with Advancement and Alumni Foundation staff to plan Giving Impact Week, develop communications, and coordinate donor-centered events from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a relevant field required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Equivalencies: AA/60 hours = 2 years; BA/BS = 4 years; MA = 6 years; PhD = 8 years.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement donor experience plans including society recognition and stewardship events.
• Coordinate donor communications and recognition across print, digital, and media channels.
• Collaborate with Annual Giving to brand societies and track membership benefits.
• Oversee stewardship of annual fund gifts and donor relations, including post-event analysis.
