Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred in business/public administration, public relations, or the equivalent 3-5 years demonstrated experience in nonprofit development.
• Proven outcomes in nonprofit development, event planning, or CFRE certification.
• Experience with donor management, CRM, and fundraising workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead donor-focused events and manage donor lifecycle.
• Develop and implement fundraising strategies and reports.
• Oversee donor databases, cultivation activities, and stewardship.
• Collaborate with leadership and partners on campaigns and advocacy.
