Job summary

Vets Hired is seeking a Major and Planned Giving Coordinator to provide frontline donor services and administrative support for individual giving and fundraising operations. You will respond to donor inquiries and maintain accurate records in our CRM as part of a collaborative fundraising team.

You will process gifts, support donor recognition, and help coordinate community events, maintaining confidentiality and strong attention to detail while handling multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Experience with donor services and CRM systems is preferred.
• Must be organized, detail-oriented and capable of handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Respond to donor calls, messages, and emails professionally and promptly.
• Serve as primary contact for donor inquiries and requests.
• Acknowledge and process contributions and donor communications.
• Record and maintain donor interactions and account information in CRM databases.
• Update donor records, including changes, duplicate accounts, and salutations.
• Identify and process gift information for internal use.
• Maintain gift logs and related fundraising records.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the fundraising team.
• Assist with donor and community events.
• Handle multiple priorities with accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality.
