Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
• Excellent advanced knowledge of Word/Excel; proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva and other design tools.
• Experience in higher education or donor relations/stewardship or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the design and distribution of annual and ad hoc impact reports across print and digital channels.
• Collaborate with UDO and external teams to create direct marketing pieces including acknowledgements and giving history documents.
• Assist with donor relations, reporting and data management to support fundraising initiatives.
