Job summary

The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in Chapel Hill, NC, seeks a Donor Relations and Reporting Coordinator for the University Development Office. You will design and distribute annual and ad hoc impact reports, and coordinate with UDO and external teams to create direct marketing pieces including acknowledgements, giving history docs, and videos.

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Donor Relations and Reporting, the role requires a bachelor’s degree and strong MS Office skills;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related discipline, or equivalent
• Experience in donor relations, stewardship or reporting is preferred
• Strong MS Office proficiency and editing skills

Responsibilities

• Design and distribute annual and ad hoc impact reports across print and digital channels
• Coordinate with UDO and external teams for direct marketing pieces (acknowledgements, giving history documents, videos)
• Support donor relations activities and reporting initiatives
