Job summary

Filoli is seeking a collaborative Philanthropic Giving Officer to steward leadership donors ($1,000–$25,000) and grow Filoli Circle at the historic Filoli Historic House & Garden in Woodside, CA. Qualifications

• 2–5 years of fundraising, donor relations, or relationship management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree and a valid driver's license required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 175–250 leadership donors and Filoli Circle members.
• Analyze donor data to identify opportunities for gifts and upgrades.
• Host donor experiences and coordinate with teams to showcase impact.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track fundraising goals.
