Community HousingWorks is seeking an Individual Giving Donor Relations Manager in San Diego to grow CHW’s donor base and strengthen the pipeline for mid-level and major gifts. You will manage donor portfolios, cultivate relationships, and lead strategies to identify, qualify, solicit, and steward donors.

This role reports to the VP of Philanthropy & Community Engagement and requires a strong track record in nonprofit fundraising.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years nonprofit fundraising experience.
• Proven ability to cultivate, solicit and close gifts of $5,000+.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with fundraising software (Raiser’s Edge or Salesforce) preferred.

Aufgaben

• Manage a portfolio of individual donors and prospects with annual engagement and revenue goals.
• Cultivate, solicit, and steward donors through meetings, calls, visits and events.
• Develop strategies to advance mid-level donors toward major gifts.
• Collaborate with VP PCE to move donors toward increased giving and long-term engagement.
• Maintain accurate donor records and track progress against pipeline goals.
• Meet or exceed fundraising targets and contribute to CHW’s overall donor development.
