Forever Balboa Park in San Diego seeks a Development Coordinator to join the Institutional Advancement team. This role reports to the Director of Institutional Advancement and coordinates donor relationships, the Membership program, and fundraising initiatives to keep campaigns moving forward.

Qualifikationen

• One to three years of nonprofit, project coordination, customer service or related experience.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Collaborative team player with discretion and diplomacy in donor relations.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and willingness to learn new tools.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate Philanthropy Operations and projects across the Institutional Advancement team.
• Maintain fundraising calendars, timelines and departmental priorities.
• Schedule donor meetings, planning meetings, and cross-functional communications.
• Prepare agendas, materials, reports, and follow-up for leadership and committees.
• Manage vendors, invoices, and contracts supporting fundraising activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve departmental processes and efficiency.
• Coordinate Membership activities, recognition and donor stewardship.
• Assist with annual giving campaigns, grants administration, sponsorships, and stewardship.
• Support donor engagement through events and post-event follow-up.
• Collaborate with Database, Digital Engagement and other staff on campaigns.
