Marin Community Clinics is seeking a Development & Events Manager to advance our mission by driving donor engagement, fundraising events, and strategic development initiatives. You will manage donor relations, ensure data integrity in Bloomerang, and support branding and communications to sustain MCC’s impact.

The role requires minimum 3 years in fundraising or nonprofit development, a related Bachelor’s degree, and strong communication, event management, and data-analysis skills.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, or nonprofit development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Communications, Business, or related field desired (experience considered).
• Strong understanding of fundraising best practices, donor stewardship, and event management.
• Experience with Bloomerang (or similar CRM) for donor database management is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to craft compelling donor messages and impact reports.

• Develop donor relations and fundraising strategy to grow engagement and support.
• Oversee donor stewardship, acknowledgments, and impact reporting.
• Act as Bloomerang Database Administrator; ensure data integrity and generate reports.
• Support branding, storytelling, donor communications, and impact materials.
• Assist in budget planning for campaigns and events to maximize ROI.
