Job summary

Pet Alliance in Orlando seeks a Development Coordinator to keep fundraising operations accurate and timely. You will manage gift processing, acknowledgments, and donor data in the CRM, and oversee the Shelter Stars monthly giving program.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma; associates or bachelor's preferred.
• At least 2 years in development, fundraising, donor relations, or similar admin roles.
• Experience processing gifts in a donor CRM (Salesforce, Bloomerang, Raiser's Edge).
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace and graphic design tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage gift processing and donor acknowledgments in the CRM.
• Maintain Shelter Stars monthly giving program and donor records.
• Prepare event materials and coordinate with vendors for signature events.
• Support annual giving appeals and generate donor reports.
• Collaborate with Finance and Development leadership; ensure data accuracy.
