Pet Alliance of Greater Orlando, Inc. is seeking a Development Coordinator to keep fundraising operations accurate and timely.

You will manage gift processing, acknowledgments, donor data in the CRM, and the Shelter Stars monthly giving program, while supporting annual giving and signature events. Qualifications

• 2+ years in development, fundraising, donor relations, event coordination, or similar admin roles.
• Experience processing gifts and entering data in a donor CRM.
• Experience planning events with vendors and sponsors.
• Proficiency with MS 365 and/or Google Apps and design tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor registrations, permits, and sponsor tracking for events.
• Enter event gifts and sponsorships in the CRM and send acknowledgments.
• Prepare event marketing materials and coordinate with vendors.
• Oversee the Shelter Stars monthly giving program and member updates.
• Support annual giving appeals and donor communications.
• Maintain donor records and assist Finance with reconciliations.
• Collaborate with board, volunteers, and cross-functional teams.
