Youth For Christ USA Inc. is seeking a Community Engagement Coordinator to grow giving partners and raise awareness of YFC's mission. You will cultivate relationships, coordinate donor communications, and organize engaging events that align with the national development model.

In this role you will track interactions in the database, collaborate with NSC staff, and lead volunteer teams to execute See The Story/Be The Story initiatives. A passion for outreach and Christian ministry is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• A passion and drive for fundraising, sales, customer service, or customer experience is a must.
• Some event planning and management experience. Must be open to meeting new people and provide a positive interaction for them.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with current and potential giving partners beyond mass communications.
• Invites prospects toward financial partnership and coordinates NSC staff involvement.
• Follows up with event attendees and inputs data into the database.
• Proactively reaches out to potential giving partners to encourage participation.
• Promotes partner care to the NSC with progress reports and gratitude notes.
