Job summary

The Johns Hopkins University is seeking a Development Coordinator to support Brady Urological Institute operations. You will help process charitable gifts, track donor activity, and manage acknowledgments while maintaining discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities include data entry in the CRM, preparing reports, supporting events, and assisting with financial transactions and budget monitoring for the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or graduation equivalent.
• Three years of related experience.
• Additional education may substitute for required experience and additional related experience may substitute for required education beyond a high school diploma/graduation equivalent, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree, CRM experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Process gifts, pledges, and other donor-related transactions and maintain gift tracking.
• Enter visit notes, solicitation activity, and link gifts to proposals in the CRM.
• Provide administrative support, manage confidential information, and prepare reports and presentations.
• Assist with budgets, event planning, and donor reporting as needed.
