Job summary

Fellowship Square Christian Care in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a fundraiser who builds lasting donor relationships and expands our community support. You will develop a portfolio of local contributors, invite gifts, and clearly communicate the impact of philanthropy on senior living and services.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, event coordination, and responsible stewardship, with strong values aligned to our mission and a supportive campus team.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of fundraising experience, or equivalent relationships.
• Ability to ask for commitments and manage donor relationships.
• Experience with donor cultivation and event support.

Responsibilities

• Spend most of your week with residents, family members and community partners.
• Build a portfolio of 30–50 individuals from a pool of 300–600 on campus.
• Invite gifts, explaining impact; gifts typically range from $500 to $10,000.
• Thank donors promptly and show what their generosity accomplished.
• Host gatherings, tours and events to share the mission.
• Keep records so relationships stay with the organization.
• Follow guardrails and protect the people we serve; decisions are collaborative.
