Fellowship House, Inc. invites applications for a Development & Community Engagement Coordinator to lead fundraising, donor relations, grant development, marketing, communications, and community engagement to advance our mission and long‑term sustainability.

Working directly with the CEO, this role focuses on cultivating relationships with individual donors, businesses, foundations, civic organizations, and community partners, while supervising the Data & Grant Compliance Coordinator.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in fundraising, nonprofit development, marketing, communications, sales, or community engagement preferred.
• Experience with donor relations, grants, community partnerships, social media, and marketing materials is beneficial.
• Supervisory, volunteer coordination, or project management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop fundraising strategies with the CEO to support operations and growth.
• Identify and cultivate donors, sponsors, foundations, and civic groups and manage giving campaigns.
• Plan and run campaigns, events, and donor communications and sponsor recruitment.
• Coordinate grant processes and reporting, with budgets and timelines.
• Prepare materials and reports for the Board and external stakeholders.
• Oversee community engagement, events, and volunteer coordination.
• Represent Fellowship House at events and manage media and outreach activities.
• Ensure confidentiality and ethical communication in outreach and storytelling.
