Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, and optimize fundraising campaigns engaging donors, major gifts, planned giving, and grants.
• Cultivate and steward a diverse donor portfolio to boost retention and engagement.
• Engage residents, families, and donors through planned programs and events.
• Utilize donor management software to track, report, and analyze fundraising outcomes.
• Establish and nurture partnerships with local businesses and community organizations.
• Prepare regular fundraising progress reports for stakeholders and leadership.
• Plan and execute fundraising events and activities for community involvement.
• Create promotional materials and communications for fundraising initiatives.
