Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred.
• 7–10 years of broad business experience with emphasis in sales and/or business ownership.
• Familiar with Focus on the Family mission and needs of small businesses, entrepreneurs, and executives.

Aufgaben

• Develop donor relationships and secure financial support.
• Communicate Focus on the Family's vision, mission and initiatives.
• Thank donors and inform them of ongoing projects and giving opportunities.
• Travel to assigned geographic territory at least 88 days per year.
• Develop and maintain relationships with supporters and show genuine concern.
• Speak on behalf of the ministry at events to deepen donor connection.
