Job summary

Chicago Children's Advocacy Center seeks an experienced Individual Giving Manager to lead its annual giving and donor engagement efforts in Chicago, IL. The role focuses on growing donor relationships, managing a portfolio of annual fund donors, and coordinating multi-channel campaigns to increase giving and retention.

The IGM will supervise the Development Coordinator, oversee gift entry and acknowledgments, and partner with marketing and program teams on stewardship communications, DEIAB

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of relevant fundraising, nonprofit development, or related experience; or at least eight years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Strong funder communications with excellent writing and verbal skills.
• Experience using fundraising databases and prospect research tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and evaluate multi-channel annual fundraising campaigns.
• Manage donor portfolio with a focus on annual fund donors.
• Supervise the Development Coordinator and oversee gift processing and acknowledgements.
• Create donor communications and stewardship materials.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track donor trends and portfolio performance.
