Job summary

Keystone is seeking an Advancement Associate to help strengthen donor engagement and fundraising efforts. The role supports the Advancement team by managing donor communications, tracking fundraising activities, and assisting with events and campaigns across the organization.

This position partners with the Vice President of Advancement and other departments, offering a collaborative, mission-driven work environment and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive nonprofit.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Advancement/Fundraising or Non-Profit Administration.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
• Strong communication skills across email, phone and in-person interactions with donors and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in tracking and managing relationships through donor database.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate donor records and generate acknowledgement letters and reports.
• Coordinate donor communications and respond to inquiries.
• Support in-kind gifts, donation drives, and event logistics.
• Provide administrative support to the VP of Advancement and related departments.
