Keystone is seeking an Advancement Associate to help strengthen donor engagement and fundraising efforts. The role supports the Advancement team by managing donor communications, tracking fundraising activities, and assisting with events and campaigns across the organization.
This position partners with the Vice President of Advancement and other departments, offering a collaborative, mission-driven work environment and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive nonprofit.

An Advancement Associate supports Keystone’s fundraising and donor engagement efforts, helping to secure resources that sustain and grow programs serving our community.
This position works closely with the Advancement team to manage donor communications, track fundraising activities, and support special events and campaigns throughout the organization.
Mental requirements include ability to provide verbal and written communications to internal and external partners, while interacting professionally with Keystone staff, management, clients in the community and other social organizations.
