Job summary

Keystone is seeking an Advancement Associate in Saint Paul, MN to support fundraising and donor engagement efforts, helping secure resources that sustain and grow programs serving our community. This position works closely with the Advancement team to manage donor communications, track fundraising activities, and support special events and campaigns throughout the organization.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Advancement/Fundraising or Non-Profit Administration.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced and mission driven environment.
• Strong communication skills across email, phone and in-person interactions with the ability to convey professionalism and confidentiality when interacting with donors and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in tracking and managing relationships with current and prospecting clients through donor database.
• Tech savvy and comfortable learning new software and databases.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, etc)

Responsibilities

• 70% - Advancement Department Support: Maintains accurate donor records, generates acknowledgement letters, donor communications, and department reports, responds to inquiries, coordinates in-kind gifts and donations, collaborates with other departments, and provides admin support to the VP of Advancement.
• 25% - Community Outreach and Events Support: Assist in fundraising activities and events, coordinate logistics for community events and engagement opportunities.
• 5% - Other: Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
