You will handle donor-related calls, coordinate logistics with tissue and organ teams, and ensure confidential records are managed in line with HIPAA and internal policies.

This day-shift role (7 AM–7 PM) includes alternating weekends with stability, comprehensive benefits, and a growth-friendly environment.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree in a health- or science-related field is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and empathy.
• Ability to manage confidential donor information and multi-task effectively.
