Job summary

OneLegacy is seeking a Referral Triage Specialist to manage initial organ referrals and dispatch clinical staff, ensuring timely, compliant handling of each case. You will collaborate with Medical Directors and SOPs to support hospital partners and donor families.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with shifts at corporate offices and travel as needed. Internal applicants only.

Qualifications

• Education: BS/BA degree preferred.
• Experience as Case Manager or Discharge Planner is preferred.
• California driver’s license and vehicle insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to organ referrals and dispatch staff per SOP.
• Ensure referral processes are consistent and compliant.
• Coordinate with hospital partners and donors' families with professionalism.
