Job summary

LifeSouth Community Blood Centers in Lecanto, FL is seeking a Donor Recruitment Representative to plan and schedule blood drives, including publicity, donor recognition and education. This role covers Sumter County (Bushnell, Lake Panasoffkee, Webster, Coleman, Wildwood) and surrounding areas.

The position requires recruiting on-site, coordinating with marketing and recruitment teams, and meeting monthly collection goals. It is a full-time role with benefits and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two years of sales or marketing experience preferred.
• Must be able to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
