Job summary

The American Red Cross in Wisconsin is seeking a motivated professional to support attraction, retention, and scheduling of blood drive sponsors across Milwaukee, Waukesha and surrounding counties. You’ll educate stakeholders to maximize drive success and guide volunteers in a mission-based environment.

In this full-time role, you’ll contribute to achieving monthly, quarterly and annual collection goals while coordinating education programs for sponsor groups and maintaining sponsor performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, communications or related field.
• 1 year of related experience preferred or equivalent combination.
• Knowledge of group dynamics, direct sales, CRM techniques, negotiation.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Oral and written communication skills including training/presentation.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to work on a team; some travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Support attraction, retention and scheduling of potential blood drive sponsors.
• Educate stakeholders to maximize blood drive success.
• Meet monthly, quarterly and annual collection goals.
• Provide guidance to volunteers.
• Coordinate education programs for sponsor groups.
• Maintain records and data on sponsor group performance.
• Utilize tools to enhance service and productivity.
• Travel as needed.
