Goodwill of North Georgia is hiring for a donation processing associate in Marietta, GA. You will thoroughly examine and grade donated goods for resale and process items quickly to meet production goals in a busy store environment.

Responsibilities include sorting donations, providing receipts, assisting guests, and communicating with management. A High School diploma or GED and strong English communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of production experience preferred.
• Strong guest service orientation.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Good oral and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Examine and grade donated goods for sale in Goodwill of North Georgia Retail stores.
• Process goods quickly to meet production goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Display a professional, patient, and “people first” attitude with guests.
• Provide a donation receipt to each guest at donation time.
• Sort donations into designated categories and maintain organization.
• Communicate effectively with management when needed.
• Adhere to safety and security practices and assist with training materials.
